Earlier last year my wife and I decided to purchase a second home in a warm climate. We considered several locations including the Caribbean and Central America. While doing research on the Internet I came across Prudential listings in Los Cabos. I called a California office and was referred to Nita Bryson. We decided that my wife and I would visit the area in July. Within two days of our trip, we decided to purchase a condominium, which we closed on last September. Since closing on the property, Nita has been of assistance in finding a constractor to do renovations and a designer to decorate the condominium. This has been a real relief since we live in New Jersey and can travel to Los Cabos only on occasion. We feel we have trusted partner working with us.
